Take a half glass of water and with your eyes closed, imagine that you are in the presence of Muhammad PBUH. For His sake forgive everyone from his Ummah. Also, seek forgiveness from the ones whom you have hurt and compensate with your good deeds. Now, it's just you and your AAQA - being present in front of him, with utmost love recite darood five times in your heart.
Keeping your eyes closed, listen Qasida Burda Shareef and after completing the Qasida, drink water making dua in your heart.
